At the beginning I thought of it as another hoax plan which will promote a pill or something of the sort. But this was something different. The Flat Belly Fix Program is an online weight loss program which is based on military-style muscle-building and fat burning regimes. The plan is designed in order for you to stick with it for 21 days straight because it takes 21 days for our body to adapt a new habit and so after 21 days you would think of the regime as a part of our daily life and not something you have to do unwillingly.
Initially, I thought it would take up hours from my daily routine and I am always tired after coming home from work and don’t have the energy to workout. But this program is created in such a way that it won’t take up hours from your busy schedule and deliver the results that you desire.
